What are the StartupExperience.CA 2018 dates?
There is no fixed dates to the StartupExperience.CA. Applications are currently open and selected startups will be able to discuss their exact arrival and departure dates with their hosting partner.

When can I apply?
You can apply anytime and for any 3 consecutive months of your choice.

What’s included in StartupExperience.CA?
As part of this experience, you’ll be given a desk in one of our partner spaces for free. Additionally, you will have access to services and events offered by that host space. All selected startups will also get a free ticket to attend Startupfest, in Montreal, July 10th-14th, 2018.

STARTUPFEST or the host spaces are not responsible for any expenses during your experience, and we do not cover your travel and accommodation costs, or any other costs that may incur during your stay in Canada.

Does it cost anything to apply?
No!

My co-founder and I both want to come work in Canada. How many spots does each startup get at a desk?
Our partners have agreed to give space for 1 person, per team. If you're chosen for the program, you can request additional space within the accelerator, and our partner will try to accommodate if possible.

Do I need a Canadian visa or work permit to participate this program?
Find out if your country requires a visa or eTA to enter Canada by visiting the Government of Canada’s website.

Can I choose which space I work in?
You can let us know if you have a preference, but our partners are given the choice of which startup they feel is the best fit for their space. You are not obligated to accept an offer from any space if you don't feel it is the right fit for your startup.
